1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BlueStar Driving School's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

BlueStar Driving School provides driving instruction services including:

• Single driving lessons
• Package lessons (10-hour packages)
• Road test preparation and car provision
• Commercial vehicle training (Class 4)

3. Student Requirements

To use our services, you must:

• Possess a valid learner's permit or driver's license as required by law
• Be of legal age to drive in British Columbia
• Provide accurate personal information
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Behave respectfully toward instructors and staff

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required as follows:

• Single lessons: Payment due at the time of booking
• Package lessons: Full payment required before lessons begin
• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD)
• We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
• Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Students must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the lesson fee. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for detailed information.

6. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Arrive on time for scheduled lessons
• Follow instructor directions and safety protocols
• Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Treat instructors and vehicles with respect
• Comply with all applicable traffic laws

7. Liability

BlueStar Driving School maintains comprehensive insurance coverage. However, students are responsible for any damages caused by their negligence or violation of traffic laws during lessons.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of BlueStar Driving School and is protected by copyright laws.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
